All sales are final. Once an item has been sold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. Therefore, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item if it is not to your liking.
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Delivery Charges: Additional delivery charges for the exchange will apply and must be covered by the customer.

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the preferred size or color.
  3. We will confirm the availability of the requested size or color and guide you through the next steps.

4. Limitations

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We do not offer exchanges for items that are damaged, worn, or altered after purchase.
  • Sale items and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
