1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Once an item has been sold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. Therefore, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange: You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item if it is not to your liking.
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Delivery Charges: Additional delivery charges for the exchange will apply and must be covered by the customer.

- Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the preferred size or color.
- We will confirm the availability of the requested size or color and guide you through the next steps.
4. Limitations
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We do not offer exchanges for items that are damaged, worn, or altered after purchase.
- Sale items and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
