- The shipping method selected at checkout.
- The destination of the delivery.
2. Delivery Options and Charges
We offer the following delivery options within Kenya:
- Within Nairobi: KES 300/-
- Outside Nairobi (via shuttle): KES 400/-
- Courier Services: Additional costs apply for courier deliveries. Charges will be communicated during the checkout process.
3. Free Delivery
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over KES 10,000/-.
4. Delivery Process
- Orders within Nairobi will be delivered directly to your specified address.
- Orders outside Nairobi will be sent via shuttle services to your preferred pick-up location.
- Courier deliveries are available upon request, and additional costs will be calculated based on the courier’s rates.
